Runtime Error in Technical Sins Forums

When I try to run Sins, It goes black for a second or two than pops up with "Runtime Error! This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way." Yesterday it ran just fine (aside from the inescapable freezes and crashes that normally happen). I can't update because when I try to register for a Stardock account it says "The serial number does not belong to the e-mail address you entered." When I try to play my game it says "Runtime Error! This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way." Since Stardock Support is as useless as can be. I probably never will be able to play again. Not like I can anyway, with all the freezes and crashes and glitches. How did they not catch all of that before releasing the game?

If you contact support all you get is an e-mail that basically says "Thanks for the e-mail! Visit our forums for further assistance." That doesn't help very much, now does it?

I got that message too. I bought it at EB games, installed it, then when I tried to register so I could update it said "The serial number you entered blah blah blah". I noticed you can download updates from other sites. Does anybody know what folder they are supposed to go into?

When I was registering an account I accidentally entered the wrong e-mail address. Now I can't register my account becasue I typed in the correct serial number with the wrong e-mail. Every time I try to register it says the serial number does not belong to the e-mail address I entered.
