Game will not start in Technical Sins Forums

Need help. I looked at the forum. I purchased the game at bestbuy and installed it today. Game just didn't start and didn't give me a message. I did the update, and no change. I tried to install the game from Impulse an same thing. I installed and uninstalled the game a ton of times and no changes. I tried reboots and so on and nothing. The game just won't start.
