Icons gone? in Icons WinCustomize Forums

There are two accounts on my computer. When I go to log into mine, everything loads fine, except for the icons. The program icons will load correctly, but things like weather, startbar, etc., all just get the question mark. I've fixed this by reinstalling OD whenever I log in, and it loads the images back, minus a few. Is there any other way to fix this other than having to reinstall it everytime i log in?
