Yep, this would be fantastic.

Personally I'd like to see more videos/animations of customer faction leaders, presently only major factions have an animated video of their faction leader with the minor factions using still images. It would be brilliant when creating custom factions if we had more choice in terms of faction leaders.

The ability to turn off surrenders, forcing the AI fight to the very end. Self explanatory really.

I want the option to turn off surrenders too. It should be a fight to the last planet. It feels cheap when you can capture one border colony and a whole Empire will surrender.

Re-naming stars, is there any way to do this? In Galactic Civilizations 2 you could just click on the star and rename it.

Can you turn surrenders off? I always used to switch them off in Galactic Civilizations 2, will we have the same option for this game? Also, can we edit star names like we used to be able to?

Quick question: When your creating a custom race I assume you can use the pictures of existing minor races as well as major ones. Do the minor factions actually have any animated loop videos of their faction leader in the same way that the major races do?
