As long as I can remember, the only time I have been allied with the Drengin is in a game where I was 10X better then them and I could destroyt them anyway. So, I think the malevolent race are less influenced by the diplomatic mechanic.

Hello, In my current game, I build 6 embassies (and they turn to the higher version soon after). My "we love war" neighbor is still "furious", but all non-malevolent factions became "close". I'm now allied with 11 factions of the 14 in this insane map... just 3 malevolent are not in my party.
Hello, I have the same question about how the embassy is working. I'm searching for that because, in the game I'm playing right now, an agressive "we love war" AI is next to me... and I'm not ready for that!
I also send them in opposite side. So they don't follow themself. But, eventually, they tend to go on the same spot anyway. I also think, but I might be wrong, that sometime two ships reaching the same anomaly on the same turn give me two different bonus!
Ok, thank you!
But I think it still matter. Does kinetic are still view as less efficient that the other types of weapons?
Yes. You should build farms, it increased every output of your planets. But, I don't know the optimal nomber of farms to build. I put 1 for every 5 title of the planet.
Hello, I have a question : I know that it is possible to remove the notification on the influence numbers, the window that shows every time a stop moving the mouse. I have done it once, but I don't remember how to do it again. And I don't know how this fonction is name, so I cannot search on the forum (French is my native language). How can I remove it? Thank you. Ghislain Blais
Is it possible that the IA feel the need to "see" what the player do? Mayby if I make a ship with a lot of sensor and give it to a faction... they will not feel the need to have ships in my ZOC to see what I do?
"Let me recap. I've laid waste to the enemy defenses, moved transports into position, complete with defending fleets that their enemy cannot possibly destroy, and given them the keys... and they do nothing." Is it possible that this particular faction as a hight diplomatic priority, at the point that they do not plan to invade anyone?
When I play with a lot of factions, it is at the point that my kids stand by me while I play. They love it... because it it full of colors. [e digicons]:inlove:[/e]
This event was also in GC2. Went it happen to me (the one I remember), it was only in one part of the galaxy. But it was not in my ZOC. I colonozed it quickly... and they all culture flip just after. I lost that game!
I was also surprised when it happened. I'm sure there was a popup, but I was at the stage of the game were I'm not reading all of them. [e digicons]O:)[/e]
Thank you !
Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to limit the "zoom in", so I would not fall in the mode were the icones are transfert to more define images? If it is possible, would it help my graphic card in the bigger maps? Thank you.
Hello, I have notice that there is a "Team" option, when we create a new game. I would like to try being in team with one faction. Is it like an "unbreakable" alliance? I tried to start a new game (but I did not play a single turn) and it was not mention that I was allied with my "team faction". How does it work? Thank you.
Hi, When I know that I will win, I have three option (listed in the frequency I use them): 1. Roleplay: I find myself an objectif, mostly narrative, based on the current game. Like killing the faction with the same color than me first, attaking those who have been bad with me before, trying to destroy those with the opposing ideology and culture flip the rest... I have been up to giving planet to a faction, to up the challenge. 2. Use the governor, the r
I would like it. I would play against myself, using different strategies.
Merci !
So, I unlock it for nothing?
Hello, Do you mean that my ship are like 25% stronger instead of enemy ship being 25% weaker?
Hello, In the game I'm playing, I play with the Malevolent ideology. I have unlock the Unnerving trait (Enemy Ships in your ZOC -25% Hit Points). But, when I look at the ship, I don't see there HP droping when they enter my ZOC. Ok, I may miss something, but how can I know that the trait is really working? Thank you. P.S.: Please excuse my English, I'm not a native speaker.
Ok, thank you
Would you mind explain me the "invasion range of about 16 tiles". I understand that if the AI see a planet within 16 tiles of one of is planet, it may try to invade it. So, if the invasion brig it within 16 tiles of another planet, will it try to invade it too? I hope !
I just try an idea : If it is so bad to have them, just give them to the ennemy (or a race you like, or split them beetween multiple races) ! It will get all those problems. You will invade all those planets, one at the time. It will be easier to manage. Also, you can get a lot from the trade.
