Digital Downloads, can someone help? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Hello, I'm quite interested in getting the ultimate bundle but I understand that it's only available via digital download. I have a few questions if anyone can help me: 1) The only price seems to be in US dollars, I'm from the UK so is there a way to find out how much it will actually cost me in pounds sterling? 2) There appears to be shipping costs. Am I right in thinking that the whole purchase is a digital download and therefore no shipping costs will be incurred? <
