missing ships in Twilight of the Arnor GalCiv2 Forums

Great game; however, after I researched almost all techs, half of the ships do not appear such as the battleship and avatar. I performed a clean install 4x and yet still no ships. Are there anyone else experiencing this? If so, is there a fix? Thank you.
