Found a fix , doing a per application exception for the anti-spam program did no good , but doing a per application exception for Outlook Express fixed it. Thanks chas

Yes it is still running in taskmgr and no error messages , just doesn't work if a skin with glass effects is loaded , just a change in skins to one without glass effects without rebooting causes the anti-spam to work again.

With the anti-spam program installed , you just load any skin with glass effects ( I'm using ObscurityPP compact right now and the anti-spam is not working , I can reload the skin Primary Colors or any other skin without glass effects and the anti-spam works just fine). The anti-spam usually picks up any spam and puts it in its anti-spam folder and any unrecognized spam that gets through , you just select to block it and the next time email comes fro

When I say that the program runs in the background and is not a visible program, I mean the program is not visible on the screen at the time it is running. Chas

Purchased wb5 recently and thought it was working well until I discovered that when I load a skin that uses the glass effects , my "Easy Armor" anti-spam program ceases to work. I can return to a skin that does not use glass effects and the anti-program works again. Tried that , did not help and wouldn't expect that to have helped since the Easy Armor anti-spam runs in the background not as a visible program. Thanks for the tip though and any other suggestions will be welcomed.

Purchased Window Blinds 5 and thought it was working perfectly until I discovered that when using any of the skins with the glass effects my Easy Armor anti-spam program ceases to work. I can switch back to any other skin without the glass effects and the anti-spam works again. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated. Chas

Losing Icons in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

On many of the skins , but not all of them , I lose the Start Menu icons for the "Logoff and Turnoff" buttons after playing certain games and returning to the Start Menu . In place of the icons I have little solid black squares. Any idea why this happens only with some skins and not with others and is there a fix I can apply. "Centurion" , one of the best skins I've seen and one that I would like to use permanently has this problem and I would very much like to fix it. <b
