How to use them as in how? If you want to know where they need to be placed for access it's: Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\Rightclick\Skins At least in XP; I assume it's similar in Vista. I've assumed you've already got RightClick installed via Impulse. If not, let me know...
@Starkers: Trouble is, too many politicians believe they are economists...
I'm afraid, sadly, that the ones here 'know' their (at best) Socialists and, while they may not have known the inner working of a lot of the bill, they certainly knew about all the perks, paybacks, and social engineering they managed to stuff into it in the dark of night. Right now, Pres Obama (and I, honestly do wish him all the best 'cuz we're all in this sinking ship together)
@starkers: {Head firmly encapsulated in ductape to keep brain from exploding} The people being referred to as 'not having read the bill' weren't us Joe Publics; it was the braindead pols that passed it! @hallv5: That's precisely what starkers meant. They did the same with "The Patriot (lol) Act)", and we lost Haebeus Corpus...only the Keystone of American and British Democracy. hallv5, Doc pretty much summed up what I was thinking, that the politicians hav

And one of the most disturbing parts of the 'economic stimulus' package, as I understand it, is the lack of a provision (was one there as the bill was originally proposed, but it was voted out by the Lib Dems) to 'hire' American. Which, I guess, kind of proves that a very large percentage of their voter base is, in fact, comprised of non-resident aliens. You really do have to love the activist bills (like 'Motor Voter' and the 'Instant Registration') that they'

Now that it appears our esteemed pols have passed their 'economic stimulus' bill you kind of have to wonder why no one came up with this simple idea to stimulate the economy by cutting out the 'middle man'. Simply take the total of the stimulus package (some where around $782B), divide that by the US population (approx. 360M, but only legal residents of course), then cut every man, woman, and child a check for their share. You'd have to think that would stimulate the eco
When I was an OS/2 zealot, the up and coming star was Microsoft. Its fans helped ensure that Windows, not OS/2, became the standard OS. For many people today, it’s hard to imagine Microsoft as the fanboy favorite – the company that could do no wrong – the company that would never do anything “evil”.
While it's fans helped, I guess you could say, the nail that drove MS into the spotlight was the gov't's decision to choose them as the OS of c

BootskinBuddy is definately the thing if you want a 'trough' (outlined area) for the progressbar to run in, but you don't really need to have an outlined area. You can just set an area for the progress bar (x,y coordinates) and let it run without one. Is sometimes nice if the background has a nice blank area and an outline would detract from the image. At least IMHO...
Erk. Quoting Jafo, reply 9 Arson should be classified as terrorism. The penalties should match. It was only fairly 'recently' that the max sentence was raised from 2 years to 15. Frankly I'd have it at 15 minimum....per death ....and NOT concurrent. I agree with all of this ...with the addition of 'extremely hard labor' during incarceration.
<

Here in sunny sw fla we're in the midst of our Winter. Has been down right cold here lately - low's dipping all the way in to the lower 40's (that's f for those of us still in the dark-ages) and staying in the low to mid 70's in the afternoon. Gonna have to grab me a couple more dogs to pile on the bed here before too long... :)

Nope, still haven't figured it out yet. Trying to adjust the width to fit within a margin other than the width of the background itself. Have tried to set the A/B (left/right) width but that doesn't seem to do anything other than whiteout the center if too large a value is inserted. Take a look at the one in the mod queue (I would have posted a link, but didn't have one yet) what I am trying to do is get the mouseover bar to fit within the white border inside the b
