Cant Play game - Refund? in WOM Support Elemental Forums

I have been unable to play this game since day 1 due to OOM and Stack bugs it crashes before i even get 2 hours in game i have 8 gig memory and an HD Radeon 5700 and i cant do anything. It is a great idea for a game and from what I have played it is a lot of fun but I cant deal with this having a game i paid 60$ for and cant play. How do i go about getting a refund?

Is there a way to get a refund.. Don't get me wrong its a good game but what good is a game that I cant play for more than a few turns.... I'll probably just wait a month or two or try it again but in the mean time I would like the money to spend :p

I just downloaded the 10.8 drivers and loaded a saved game after reboot of desktop and game crashed after two turns due to "Out of memory" here is the pastebin . Any progress being made on this? http://pastebin.com/gCNJecna

Ok here it is: Demigod is not better than HoN and HoN is not better than demigod they are both equally as good and both have disadvantages. So this is the problem I have been getting since yesterday, I log into demi god, joina game or host one, then the game crashes, then i reload game and try to log in again i get "Invaild Username/Password" useally when this has happened before i waited 5-10min and i was able to log in again, but over the past day or so it has taken hours for me to be able to re-log into the game to play agin?
