Hello I don't know if anyone else has experienced this, but I played a few times against Advent AI that managed to stack the shielding bonuses up to 200% so that the units shielded would gain shield points when attacked, so disciple vessels and capital ships would end up having 20 000+ shield points instead of their max 400 or 2000... so it kinda makes them invulnerable in large fleet battles... I don't know why this bug happens but it's a bit annoying
the only militaristic display I remember that was totally out of place was at salt lake city in 2002... they reconstituted the iwo jima victory monument with marines in the stadium... very friendly to japan, who lost this battle :S
my girlfriend liked it when I introduced her to starcraft, totalwar series.. but she prefered sins because of the more in depth display of the UI (she's not good at rts because she has no skill with a keyboard and mouse, she's used to playstation controls :P) but when we play heroes 3 or 5... I get my ass kicked no contest lol, she rules at tbs
Quebec City canada! highest per capita beautiful women in the world :P and we've got pretty good beer too, rivals the kostritzer and such :P but our vodka tastes like arse (well, rubbing alcohol to be more honest lol) and to reply to the dane who said that their men are real men : "real men smell, and real women like it!" i guess that's from there? :P
I don't know if i'm the only one experiencing this, but the healing ability of the skirantra carrier appears to be bugged as far as the autocast goes... even if no damaged ship is in range of it's ability, the carrier will trigger it as soon as he has enough antimatter to do so... which is a bit annoying to have to micromanage this particular ability... also, is there a reason for this if this is not a bug?
if I play advent I use Baldr for my first Radiance (because of the devastating light that shines from it :P) and for the rest I use other Norse mythological names and when I play Vasari, I disguise profanity in ways that sound like a foreign language (like Alakon (i'm french canadian, so in english it's "like a dumbass" or something like that) and whatever else I think about at the time and when I play TEC, I use Russian names because they seemed inclined for it to begin wi
