Yes, sometimes finding other people can be problematic, but that's not exactly a game issue, it's a person issue. Except if you click that "upgrade" for building, it should auto-queue onto the existing building, and you won't be given the chance to place a new one. It's normal for upgrades to show up in the building queue list. Xeno is an upgrade to existing factories. You always have to build the basic factory first. Mega factories upgrade xeno factories.

I'm not entirely sure if this is a glitch or just something that may have been overlooked, but I've been playing a match nightly with a friend, and we've noticed that while my govern settings for planets remains the same from when we quit and load the next day, my friend has to completely redo all of his governing settings for all of his planets with each reload, as if his settings aren't being saved.
