You can remap the wasd keys to do other things, but you can't make other things control the camera. A QWERTY keyboard should be added to the hardware requirements... I use a Devorak layout, which has never been an issue for any other game.

I was having the same problem, just figured it out. FAT32 has a file size limit of 4Gigs. So the only solution I can see is puting it on an NTFS formatted drive. This is causing problems for me... Alas.
