Is there a way to remove mercenaries from the game without disabling the DLC that also brings the Torians? There was a post here a long time ago that commented out Mercenary ships in some .xml file that done the job, but the attached file is no longer available. I'll gladly do it myself, if someone point me in the right direction :)
IMHO you should have to choose your Ideology in the game setup - it's part of 'who' your race is, along with all the other setup options. Then during the game, making choices that match your ideology should give rewards that improve over time - boosts to morale, productivity etc - your people are pleased their leaders choices reflect the values of their race as a whole. Definately more detail on map gen tho, please! I don't see why you cant select 5 minors on a small random map, when some pre-made tiny maps have 6 of them. 2)Bit more agressive wildlife ai

Hi, I have owned Gal Civ III for a while now, but only just now decided to try the beta, and ran into a problem. I simply do not have the option to opt-in to one when I right click Gal Civ III in steam library, go to properties, beta tab and look for the option. Picture below: Any help would be appreciated. Note that I can opt-in for betas for other games (for example I can see that Age of
