I just found the problem - I had the display sizes set at larger than normal, which I guess means the DPI was not set at 96. (Where would I actually find the DPI, just out of curiosity?) Thanks! [e digicons]|-)[/e]

Just wanted to add that in the thumbnail that shows when the IP icon on the taskbar is hovered over, the window appears normal and the scrollbar is visible. It's only the actual window that's screwed up.
Hi, I just installed IP5 on a laptop running Windows 7 (64-bit, I think). When I open IconPackager, the bottom of the application window does not display. The horizontal scrollbar is cut off, along with a bit of the content above it. The window can't be resized; the full-screen button on the top right is grayed out. Windowblinds 7 is also installed and is working fine. Any ideas would be welcome. Suzanne
Something new and odd just began happening with RightClick today. When RightClick loads all the submenus show up on the desktop, on top of all other applications and won't go away without doing a ctrl-alt-delete and closing each submenu (or just unloading RightClick). I'm running XP2 SE. I haven't changed any settings that I'm aware of. I normally have RightClick set to load at startup. Has anyone seen this before?
I use it mostly for recoloring. I wish it included presets, or at least held the color settings from one icon in a set to the next. It's difficult to actually recolor a set consistently...unless of course I'm overlooking a feature that's already there :NOTSURE:
They are all in a single folder together (the images and the .ini) - I probably didn't make that clear above. It's a different folder than they were in when I first displayed the dock (I used a different background temporarily while I was moving them). I know I'm probably not making much sense here... [e digicons]:|[/e] I just can't figure out
I'm working on a new tabbed dock. I moved the dock .pngs and .ini file into their own folder, and suddenly OD+ thinks that this background doesn't have custom tabs and is listing it under the "without custom tabs" heading in the background scroll menu, and just displaying the default tabs. The tab .png file names in the .ini file match the actual image file names - I just doublechecked. What'd I do wrong? [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]
The wallpaper tab in WindowBlinds 6.3 (build 69 x86) allows me to apply tags to wallpapers, but it won't filter on any tags. It has everything classified as untagged regardless of the fact that I have other tags checked off. What am I missing?
I just renewed my OD Ultimate subscription from within Impulse. I've reinstalled Impulse, but it's still showing the old versions of all the OD applications. How do I get what I just paid for? [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e] Do I need to download the new versions of each application individually? This is not at all clear... [e digicons]>:([/e]
Fyi there is no single download for OD 2009, the apps that belong to the suite have individually updated. If you download them the will all be of the latest release. Install them and check version numbers. You should have Bootskin Pro v 1.00.027, Windowblinds 6 v6.30.104, IconPackager 4 v4.10.172, Deskscapes v2.50.067, and Theme Manager v3.00.053.
I'm having the same problem, and the instructions above don't quite make sense. I just renewed my OD subscription and reins
Congrats to all :CONGRAT:
Actually, I didn't ask the question very well. Is it possible to use a separator image in a tabbed dock instead of just a space?
It would be great to be able to use separators in tabbed docks - although maybe it is already and I'm just missing it? [e digicons]:|[/e]

On the suggestion of WebGizmos, I moved my all my backgrounds to c:/ Programs/Stardock/Objectdock/backgrounds so that the custom +/- images would display correctly (and it worked - thanks WG). I also moved my dock icon images and backed up themes into the Programs/Stardock/Objectdock folder, and now OD can't seem to apply any of the themes I've created. They're in a folder named Backed-up Themes which I've put inside the Stardock/Themes folder (I moved the back
I've been here downloading skins and things for several months and for some reason just figured out what the Screenshots gallery is for - and now I'm really hooked. Is there a 12-step group for this? Thanks so much! The https://www.wincustomize.com/upload.aspx address worked like a charm, as did the ODZip solution! [e classic]:D[/e]
When I try to load some widgets/objects, I get: "ODZip.dll not found in DesktopX directory or Stardock common files directory." But there IS a file named ODZip.dll in the Stardock\ObjectDesktop\DesktopX folder. I've been trying to submit a screenshot to the gallery for a couple of days, and it will almost upload, and then I get: 'The server method 'FinalizeUpload' failed with the following error: Bad Request (Invalid Verb) ' I'm using Firefox 2.whatever, and
Thanks. Speaking of adding credits, how do I include links to where the pieces came from? It says on the upload form not to use HTML, but I know I've seen screenshots that had links to the artists along with the credits.
Also, if the screenshot shows IconX background images that I've recolored, do I need permission from Stardock?
If I'm uploading a screenshot of my desktop that includes icons, wallpaper, etc from various artists, and not distributing any of the components individually, do I need permission from the artists? What about if I've recolored an icon but am only showing it in the screenshot and not distributing it? Thanks.
When I use the Recolor feature in IconPackager, it changes the colors in the preview but does not apply the changes to the actual desktop icons. I click apply changes and it looks like it's making the change, then the icons reappear with the same color as before. Am I missing something?
Is it possible to download additional background images for the icon labels in IconX? When you click "Get More Skins" on the Stardock product page for Iconx, it takes you to the DesktopX objects gallery on Wincustomize.com. I don't quite understand the connection.
On p. 16 of the documentation that comes with Object Desktop it says that Theme Manager can apply third party programs "such as Object Dock." Initially Object Dock Plus did not show up in Theme Manager at all, even though it was installed and running. After I "installed" it again via SD Central, it appears in Theme Manager's applications frame, but Theme Manager doesn't seem to be able to find or apply any of the Object Dock themes - this is true of the themes that came bundled with Object Dock
