[/quote] Not necessarily, these crashes have been attributed to MANY problems not just driver bugs. Hardware failures, overheating, overclocking, Vista bugs, Nvidia bugs, ATI bugs, Dreamscene, Dual monitors, SLI/crossfire, DirectX 10 bugs, and etc... I submitted it to Nvidia when I submitted to Microsoft. Everyone should be aware of this

The beta of DeskScapes causes the dreaded nvlddmkm.dll error when task switching between full screen games and the desktop. This is something that should seriously be looked at before release.
