Had this happen to me a few times too, graphic card is an Nvidia 6600 GT. not using any mods except 1 custom race icon. And yes, download version, with all bonus and collector's edition stuff, plus de patch. Hope you guys find a fix soon.

Hello, I've been playing GalCiv for a little while, and in the first installment, I always had problems with morale. The only way I could find to keep it somewhat high, was to build colony ships, and then destroy them because there was no planet to colonize anymore. So, in GalCiv2, is this the only way to deal with morale again? I hope n
