Sorry to bring this thread back up from the dead, I don't want to make a new thread, I would rather continue it inside this one. What kind of coding do you need to have? I'm very good with C++. Is this an entirely different type of coding?
I'm not running the trial. I've tried every other skin and they don't work.

I've been trying to find a theme (for windowblinds) that looks just like windows XP. I can't find one, and I really want it to look exactly like XP because I'm running vista and I liked XP's look a lot more. I am looking for the blue version also (there's green, olive, and blue). Thanks!

I'm a graphic artist, I've been using photoshop for over 3 years now, will that help?
I just installed the free trial of WindowBlinds, and it's great. Anyway, I was wondering; how do you guys make these skins/themes? What stardock software do you use? Is it easy? I want to get started and make them.
