If you made the factions via the ingame builder, what he said ^^. Otherwise you can always transfer the Civs to xml. Then you can set the "HideFromSelection" flag to true before you boot the game to "hide" factions you do not want that session.
This sounds perfect. I'll give that a shot. Thank you!

Hello all! I love having custom races in GalCiv, but I want them to be available to the player only. When I start a new game I like to choose random opponents so I never know who I'm gonna play against, but I don't want the custom races to show up as an opponent. Does that make sense? Is there a way to do that? A way to modify the custom race so they are only usable by the player? Thanks in advance!
It's posts like these from Frogboy that made me fall in love with Stardock many many moons ago. That is also why I own nearly every game they have made in the last few years. It's good to see him standing up for all the employees of his that made this game. You attack his team and he's not going to take it. Bravo!
Thanks for these!
Anyone else having issues with the link in the OP's post? I'm getting a different download that is definitely not something for GalCiv...
These are great! I'd love to see more! Especially if you have one that is human-looking. I like to play a race of humans, but they aren't Terrans. Kind of an off-shoot, or a rebellious, more violent faction from the Terrans. [e digicons][/e] Also, do you happen to have the .xml for the actual custom races you have in your screen shot? That would be amazing. Then all I'd have to do would be start a new game and choose the races and GO! Thanks for all yo
Nevermind, I just looked at the Metaverse site again, and I was able to find my game. It must just automatically post all scores if you have an internet connection.
I was stoked about this too. I finished my first game and took a screen shot of every page of the credits! I found mine on the LAST one! HOORAY! forceinfinity, I would put in a ticket or something if your name is missing. That doesn't seem fair!
Well, I see on the top of the GalCiv3.com site a tab for Metaverse, and there are players who have posted their scores. How do I start a Metaverse game? I don't see any option for it when I start a new game. Maybe I'm just missing something though. If anyone knows I'd appreciate knowing as well! Thank you in advance!
Anyone else find it ironic that the world's best strategy game makers are strategically aligning themselves to work with each other?
I read about this game a while back and thought it looked great. I did not realize that it had released though. I may have to check it out when my computer is back up and running again... :(
To be honest Dave Mustang wrote some of the songs for the first 4 albums thats why they knew how to play metal in 80's and changed how they sound afterward.
Dave Mustaine helped write most of the songs on Metallica's first album Kill Em All and a couple on Ride The Lightning, but after that it was pretty much all James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich. Metallica is something I'm very passionate about, bu
I noticed a "Resources" category too, and the mighty Drengin have 11 different resources! [e digicons]o_O[/e]
