Docklet or Shortcut to "Replace" Language Toolbar in Docks WinCustomize Forums

I've hidden my taskbar and prefer to use my ObjectDock to launch apps, etc. I'd like a docklet or shortcut on my Dock to replace the function of the language toolbar that I have/had on my Windows taskbar. That is, I'd like a docklet or shortcut I could click on to change the language on my computer between English and Russian. Any suggestions? Randy

Docklet for Windows Search? in Docks WinCustomize Forums

Hi. I'm looking for a Docklet, similar to the Google Search Docklet, which I can use to invoke Windows Desktop Search. I'm not looking for just a shortcut to an app, but rather a Docklet to add to ObjectDock that would let me click on it, producing a search box into which I can type a search term and click Go (or something similar) to invoke the actual search by Windows Desktop Search. Any suggestions?
