Ever since launch (I genuinely cannot remember hearing it happen in BETA), whenever I upgrade a starbase, the audio seems to pop. I can only assume when the game reloads the animation, the sound does as well from the point of the upgrade. Is there any more information that I should post to try and pin this down? Or is this known?

I'm still finding my feet in this game, yet to crank up to the mad difficulty levels. Though has anyone here had any fun building up your military to such an extent that its cheaper (and funnier) to sell off your obsolete/excess units to another faction who is losing a war? Just to see if it can turn the tables on them? I've actually tried creating (unsuccessfully) a race that specializes in it, good manufacturing shipyards with good diplomacy skills to make out th
