Windowblinds problem in Customization Software WinCustomize Forums

I am using windowblinds and whenever I apply a skin,the colors show up, but not the appearance (glassy texture, pictures, etc.). Am I doing something wrong. Thanks.

I downloaded zune theme, but it is a .msi file. I am referring to older windows 95 type *.theme files. Windows XP is able to read them. I don't know if you remember them. They come with matching wallpaper, icons,folders, sound, stuff like that.

The home page for Theme Manager says you can import microsoft themes (.theme file). I don't see where you can do this. Am I missing a setting. Thanks.
