Hi, i've been making custom icons for programs and games i have on my desktop to match the icon set i'm using at the time. i'd like to know if i can add them into the icon package, so whenever i switch packages, ip will automatically switch the icons. i tried looking in the 'add file format' but apparently those are just for extentions, not for individual programs. thanks.

Any relation to Unclerob? nope. (i'm guessing that's a user here?) thanks, Hankers. I'm also wondering how people get to be master skinners...do moderators just choose them or do you have to register in some way?

I'm about halfway through 2 skins that i'd like to upload, and i've been looking around, but i can't find where i'd go to upload them...where is it?

hi, i was wondering if there's any way to get iconpackager to recognize custom icons and change them along with everything else. for example, if you apply a custom icon to a school folder or something so you choose one of the other Windows ones - icon packager could recognize that icon and change it to the new version of it. hope that made sense...

thanks for your help, but now i have another question.. i noticed that when i tried to apply transparency to the left and right images for the windows that the transparency and translucency checkboxes are greyed out (i can't use them), but i know it's possible to. how can i?

i'm sure this question has been asked dozens of times, so i'm sorry in advance. anyway, i'm trying to take a skin and make the startbar semi-transparent, so i opened the skin with skinstudio and go to the startbar, apply translucency and transparency, define how much, (i set it to 100), and save the skin. then when i load the skin again and apply it, the startbar is just black. i remember hearing a while ago that windowblinds runs off of two bitmaps, one as a regular bmp
