Another possibility - are you playing offline? Many of us have yet to be able to enjoy all the features of the DLC we paid for when offline. The bazaar in particular likes to pull a disappearing act even to the point where it's possible to play the mercenaries (torian) campaign without any mercenaries (no bazaar ever).

I'm of a similar opinion although I already tried to come back (left 1.04 ish) during 1.5 - 1.6 era and left again. I suspect 1.8 (UI update) is we're waiting for.

Overall looks like nice improvements. Although I'm very concerned about the mass scaling since that has decreased my enjoyment of every other game that put it in. Ok sure bigger engines needed to move the larger ships does make sense but more mass for the exact same weapons, sensors, fighter bays, etc doesn't so much and just gets frustrating. Nope the entire bazaar feature is not present in any form (gone not grayed out) when offline. Even in games that are started online where it does appear so it is activated. Mercenaries campaign (along with rest of game) without mercenaries yay! Have to yet to even hear whether this is intentional online only content or a bug.

Starting a game, even then mercenaries campaign with steam in offline mode still doesn't have the bazaar. Starting a game with steam online then loading it offline also doesn't have bazaar. The button doesn't even exist in either case, not grayed out like before discovering bazaar. Everything else works offline, arceans and torians (both great additions), the new abilities, etc. But atm offline the mercenaries campaign has no mercenaries!

They definitely come too fast. They used to come too slowly. Hopefully next adjustment will hit the Goldilocks zone. Say about 8 more to get to age of war then an extra 6 to age of ascension? Final age could probably use a big jump something like 150 needed instead of 128.

Says galactic achievement one per galaxy but I've started keeping a salt shaker handy when reading descriptions in this game. All those grains of salt are adding to my sodium intake so really looking forward to several rounds of cleanup patches that are (over)due.

Singularity Power Plant needs to change to one per player if Arceans are meant to be able to get it in the age of war unlike every other race in the game. Actually even if they aren't I don't see why it can't be a nice upgrade every race can eventually have.

I started Galciv 3 several times while steam was online and everything was there. I go offline and everything is still there but the bazaar in any game I load or start including the torian campaign which is designed with it as part of the story. WTF? is this a bug or actually meant to be online only feature?

I figured the movement boosting buildings not upgrading to each other was a bug. Easy assumption given all the others: 1. Stellar Forge not doing anything 2. Temple of Valor saying it gives a whopping +50% planetary defense bonus per adjacency pt but in fact not giving anything 3. Playing as a custom thalan based race in 1.0 Not sure exactly when it showed up but I am able to build a second but only a second preparedness center and intimidation centre on my planets. Passing 300 turns and have never been in a war, or invaded a planet obviously, or even got one by culture flip so these have always been only my 31 planets. Not being able to scroll through shipyards is one hell of an oversight Left / Right arrow keys or some hotkey for prev / next planet or starbase or shipyard when that is finally enabled seems like a really basic UI item. When an item in a building queue is selected up / down arrow key to move it up or down and the delete key to cancel it also needed. IMO only seems to be an issue in the very early game where 10% vs 20% vs 30% bonus is a difference that may be worth considering messing with production values. When it gets to 210% vs 220% vs 230% it seems a waste of time. Past 1000% that's major OCD for another 10% to matter.
