External Program Override IconPackager in IconPackager Stardock Forums

Hey Guys I have IconPackager installed and as per normal I have an icon library applied. When I look within IconPackager program it shows the various icons associated with various file types as it should. BUT I also have VLC installed and it (VLC) has put its little traffic cone icon on all my avi files overriding the icon I want from the icon library via IconPackager. How do I prevent this.

Well i guess im the lone ranger on this...but i havent had any problems with Dreams.....Oh i get the occasional crash but I get that from other apps too. Ive used dreams from the beginning and like them...some of the ones that people post are a bit cheese but the professional ones have worked flawlessly for me. Im not a Vista fanatic.....as i do get frustrated with it....but the dreams hasnt given me to much of a problem.
