Sometimes it changes the slider from military to social production, too. I had it one at 100% Military and more often at 100% socil production. So check this, too.

I made a simple Mod for 6/7 where you can adjust it like you want... had a game then with over 800 colonizable planets. Its just a few lines if you like to have the code.... just post. And a BIG + for 1. 2/3 think is just a feeling i like it, the way it is.

Since 1.5 i made two games aith Altarians. And in both i have the same problem now. Everytime i try to edit or create a huge design my game hangs and i have to close it, or even restart my pc. I made a complete reinstall and the problem is still there. I can provide a savegame, so someone else could perhaps test it, if its a local or generell error. I have the bug, too. Playing Thalan atm, do not have the wheel atm. Did not see this bug in the opt-in patch.

You can defend a Planet atm, i play campain Lev 2 and with 3 Transport i get 0% strength, the defense takes 100% down.... No Chance to invade.
