Hello Derek Paxton Busy day and just got to your message now. I do sincerely appreciate your feedback and response time. Getting back to me. I did the rename to ..\Documents\My Games\GalCiv3.old and created a new game the game works, not sure since its new so hard to tell if it will crash later. I have several games saved in the "..\Documents\My Games\GalCiv3\save" folder. tengaran
