With the new economy and the global production wheel / dial and potential per colony production dials, it strikes me that a per colony efficiency rating may be a useful piece of information to display on the UI. Efficiency here being some calculated metric based on what the colony could output based on ideal allocation settings vs what it is outputting with the present settings.
