I have seen this before and didn't want to bring it up. I sure think it is a bug, and likely not a high priority one either. ~ "Let all the beta testers have some candy and think they are getting away with something" ~.

Is that the starbase issue where the Drengin are too far from another habitable planet, and for some reason won't use their constructors to build starbases to get there? I was finding the Drengin on very very few planets and piles of colony ships and constructors in the same hex waiting to be destroyed.
