LUFFYPSP I'd try the free version first. I used it before I found WB and OD+. I find OD+ and a combination of other programs more to my liking but it's still a good program. As far as system req you have more than enough to run it .

I've had this problem for some time now :( usually it fixes it self after an hour or so but I'm stuck on Tuesday I'm located in Missouri US
