Noob with skinning and apps, a few questions in New Users WinCustomize Forums

I just found out about Theme manager today, and it is definately a blast remodeling my explorer shell. I find, however, that a lot of screenshots of suites have some sweet looking clocks, calendars, weather, and other things that don't appear when I install the suite. I can only assume that these various tools are seperate programs, but I'm not sure.
