Not a turn issue. Just never appears. Even did a save and load thinking it might reappear. For what ever reason it is not making it to the list.

After discovering leadership recruiting the the icon does not appear in the executive order list. Only me? Change with 3.2?

Science counter changes mid discovery. Finding that the turns required to discover a technology will revert to the original number of turns upon occasion. Especially if the number of turns is large. Example: Discovering Gigamass Harvesting will have 16 turns from the special insight screen. After a bit it will revert to original number of turns. I.E 28 after 2 runs have went buy. Here is the setup. Galaxy Size - Gigantic, Number of sectors - several, Civs - 31, Star Frequency - Common, Civ Proximity - Distant

I think you might have an issue with the distribution of civs. One sector had 15 or so civs. Another huge sector had almost none.

Similar happens when you save a game and then reload it. Gigamass Harvesting was at 9 turns left when I saved it. When I loaded the game the next day it was at 20 turns.
