Even IconPackager is having issues with Vista. I get the following message when I try to download this and some other programs. Note that I am using Vista with IE 7+. IconPackager has detected that you are using WindowsNT4.0 with Internet Explorer 4.0 Active Desktop installed. Due to an Internet Explorer bug, this shell will corrupt your icons after processing some updates on NT. We are working around this bug, but for the moment
