Need help with cursors in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Ok so I found the perfect cursor to go with my skin, wich just happens to be the Alien Invador from alien ware. Just one problem i don't know hoow to install it so my original cursor becomes that. Can anyone help me on this? Thanks in advance
