Problem Starting Gal Civ Ultimate Edition in Stardock Games Stardock Forums

Hello, When I start the game, most often the cursor/arrow is left screen and won't move more than a couple inches right before jumping back to left screen. A few times it behaves correctly, but I'm not sure what I do that makes it work or not work correctly. Can anyone help me with this issue? Thanks Mike PS Using Vista 64bit
