Open an Explorer window, and drag whatever folder(s) you want to the dock. If you want these to dispaly as a menu, right click the folder, select Dock Entry Properties, and check the Show folder in a menu option.

I can only go by the Plus version, but the settings are very similar. ObjectDock Properties > Positioning > Interaction > "Delay to re-show when the mouse nears dock" [move the slider to the left]. Hope that helps.

I won't be leaving Opera anytime soon. :) I was just checking out IE8, and it's not for me. Can I customize the right click menus? No. Can I move things around to my liking? No. Does it have a built-in email client? No. Can I add custom buttons, and functions? No. Does it have a password manager that compares to Opera? No. Can I get to site preferences with a simple right click? No. Does it have "Paste and Go"? No. For these and quite a few other

Dock on the left has a Startmenu button, and few fav shortcuts, with the running tasks to the right.

I use the Plus version. If you're using the free version the location and wording may be slightly different. Open the OD Properties dialog > Dock Contents > "Display open windows along with my icons"

On a standard (non-tabbed) dock... right click dock and make sure "Lock Dragging" is not checked. On Tabbed docks... right click dock > View > "Lock Icon Dragging"

(The titlebar button won't show up on per-pixels frames even you try to use them) And the taskbar on 2nd monitor won't be skinned if I remember correctly.
