Hello all. I just purchased GalCiv2 Ultimate edition on steam. Currently, custom games are limited to 9 opponents. Is there a way to increase this, so I can play against more civilizations? Thanx.

My 2 cents. 1. Make spies optional. Those of us who were happy with the old slider-based espionage system should be able to use that system. 2. Bigger Galaxys! I dream of the day I can play using A 20x20 sector map, or even larger. 3. More races. I want to set up a game against 20 or more oponents. 4. Its a money sink. It delivers no real value (except as a pesticide) just like In DL...except now its forced on the player. The new busywork assocoated with it is simply a novelty, and shouldnt really be mistaken for any real depth. I play epic games on large maps, so I become a highly ranked Civ by about halfway through the game, with many civs still left, and lengthy battles to fight. I have a very simple Question; is espionage optional in Dark Avatar? Can you turn it off, like you can turn off Minor Races? D.A. looks great, IMO, except for the whole espionage system. I cannot seem to find an answer to this question, so I apologise if It has been asked before.

The Game will usually crash when invading a planet. During the battle, some of the planet map tiles will apear as white and empty. Once the invasion is over, regardless of outcome, the game will crash. Also, the game will sometimes CTD for no aparent reason at all.

With SDC or with the 1.31 retail patch? - Not sure I know the difference.
