There seems to be a likelihood of deadlocks (turn doesn't proceed) with 1.03 on Insane Maps@Suicidal level. The AI builds a ton of units at this level. Symptoms: 1. CPU usage at 22% (4 cores, so it means one core appears to be stuck in a spin-wait) 2. Turn doesn't complete resolving no matter how long you wait. Workarounds: 1. Do something different in the turn. 2. Save before hitting "Turn" Can'

AI outproduce and out-tech you significantly on Insane, Suicidal. (~6x the resources) But still dumb though...If you manage to not get swarmed, carriers are cheap and destroys them. Funny how they build 300 damage battleships and pits them against my single carrier with 30 ish fighters. Goes does before it can radio hi. Had a good game going but I now crash when I save on the next turn...sigh...(1.03 didn't fix it)

Bug 1: Another pretty broken aspect... In one play through, design a ship that uses a certain amount of capacity. In second play through, when the technology to build the ship has been reached, you can now build that custom designed ship, irregardless of whether you have the necessary capacity tech to build it. E.g. Can build ships with capacities that look like 280/250. Bug 2: With enough constru
I love Insane sized maps but it gets rather frustrating in some parts. 1. Can we have an option somewhere to do automatic Social|Military production switches? Perhaps if a stimulus is not queued? It is quite a pain in the butt when you have a lot of colonies, all happily making ships, then researched a new building upgrade tech. Of course, you then need to go into every single one to switch it back when done... I know we can flip ALL the colonies at once
I don't see this fixed in 1.02's notes, so adding it here. This is game breaking. There appears to be a negative integer? overflow causing the AI to give you everything they have. On Insane Maps at least, add enough colonies from the AI side to the bargain...after enough "no", it will suddenly flip over to saying "you are so generous". The result is that you can simply ask the AI for all their colonies, their ships, their money and their tech...
