HELP!! Change mouse pointers and boot skin in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

Hey, I,m new to this Window Blinds thing and the only thing i know how to do is to change the desktop skin. I wanted to know how to change the cursers and the boot skin. I downloaded the ones i wanted and then opened them but it didnt work. Can someone please help me. My E-Mail is [email protected] and my AIM is LsmirkycookieL. Thanks Taylor
