Popup Menu Script in DesktopX WinCustomize Forums

Hi there, I would like to create some buttons that can be placed anywhere on the screen, and when you click on them, menus appear with icons. Not a normal menu, but one that just has large icons with text under them. How would I do this? Thank you.
