just for the record, PlanetQualityAbility # /PlanetQualityAbility, when used for technology bonuses, gives your future planets more quality. if you see a level 4 planet, research a +50% quality tech, and conquer it, it will be level 8 or something. are you guys sure home planet quality doesnt work?

What is your favorite technology introduced in Dark Avatar that wasnt in Dread Lords? why do you get it? why is it your favorite
i figured out that list yesterday, and im confused on some of that stuff too. i assume crime is crime rate. if you have +X Crime, youll probably see pirates more often, or rebellions maybe? not too sure Governemnt and Cabinet must have something to do with Diplomacy, maybe theyre the same thing. Cabinet might relate to what kind of senate you have, or something. Interest rates are probably the rates put on ships, if you choose to Buy Now a ship using one of the interes

Hey, im just wondering firstly, how drastic are the computer requirements changed between Dread Lords and Dark Avatar? my computer isnt top of the line. it runs Dread Lords fine (gets laggy for explosions or when lots of ships are present), so im wondering if Dark Avatar will kill my system, or if its the same requirements? also, i modded my Dread Lords a lot (new techs, parties, etcetc), so im wondering if my modding efforts can carry over into Dark Avatar? answers would
in modding my version of GalCiv, i've made about 4 new political parties. its pretty easy. for the picture, just change the code gfx/Ethics/Ethic_Neutral_Large.png where you can use the gfx folder from the GalCiv2/Gfx/*foldername*/*imagename*.png a typical modded political party looks like: 8 Naturalists The Naturalists are all for expanding into space

ok so i downloaded the program and did what it said in the readme, and put the KHSM folder into GalCiv2/Mods. im using the latest verstion of galciv2. i think this is the part that confuses me: "Simply go into the game options and choose KHSM in the mods selection window. " i went to the options window and there was no mod selection window. There was a box that said Use Mods and it was checked, but that didnt seem to do anythiing. so how do i work this program?????
