Just reinstalled on the same Windows 10 machine I've played ~500 hours of GalCiv3 on. Now all I get is a full screen black screen for roughly 5 seconds, then crash. I've scrubbed post after post looking for solutions and nothing changes. Yes, I am running the latest AMD drivers, yes Windows is up to date, yes anti-virus is "off", and yes Folder Permission Security is off. Dump of debug is below. Any help is greatly appreciated. Ok, probably a stupid question...but for the life of me I cannot find a "central repository" of what the different skills are for each of the Commander promotions, such as Admiral and Navigator. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
