On that page, I see the listing of Empires and where to join. But I can't find a "mission statement", if you will, on what each empire stands for, etc. Where does one find that?

Or... perhaps something like having the affected planets "highlight" when they are in the constructors service radius. That way you know for sure what is in and what isn't.

How about have the Galaxy Guidebook to something more like what it implies: Allow all fog of war to be gone and all you to get stats on all planets... even what the enemy has and is building. I'm pretty sure that by the time it comes up in the game there is still quite a bit of unexplored space (if you play on the bigger universes). This could be helpful. Also, know what the enemy has on their planets is a nice espionage plus. Mabye allow you to reuse wormholes?

I have lost one time at a level that was too hard me at the time and I did the right thing and submitted it. The problem is with how I lost... I accidentally surrendered in the trade screen. I was totally winning as well. I bet that race was surprised to get my surrender. Anyway, I worked so hard up to that point that I figured I'd send it in, thinking everyone reports their loses. But, after looking I was amzaed that everyone here is UNDEFEATED! Nice going everyone!
