I don't mind micromanagement, but I'm going to postpone playing until civilization customization is improved. Basic stuff that was in GalCiv 2 is still missing, and I'm honestly surprised to see that the game was released as 1.0.

Well that's a bummer. Although finding and editing the files themselves is easy, knowing what does what appears to be a complete shot in the dark. In hindsight, calling it "Global Warming" was a mistake, since the vast swathes of nincompoops of the planet thinks that their little corner is destined to get warmer, and cannot comprehend that warming on a global scale has far-reaching consequences that may, paradoxically, end up increasing rainfall in one place, making it colder in another, and turn the equator into one massive desert, all at once.
