Will GalCivII run on my laptop? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

My gaming computer is down, but I do have a laptop with a p4 2.4, 512 ram, and an ATI 345M IGP video card that sucks up 64mb of system ram. I'm guessing the minimum requires are a video card with 32mb of dedicated ram? Will this system be able to run Galciv II? Thanks for your time.
