Could add a "Starbase/Constructor" slider added to Social / Military. Strange idea that a constructor is "consumed" in the process of construction (guess they are cannibals). Alternate concept would be to have the contructors go back and forth, ferrying materials to complete construction. And you could add kinds of tech to like "beaming" materials on-site to eliminate downtime to travel to resupply itself. Side note - constructors could be used to deliver upgrades to

Wait, that does work? I kept clicking it and nothing happened. If it does work, it should give you a selection box to pick which units to upgrade. Simply selecting based on a "name" when you could have 10-20 of that one sitting out there isn't selective enough.
