I am having the same issue, turns are taking forever. Granted I'm running an AMD 8350 so I don't know if Crusades is customized for Intel, or Ryzen, but it is very, very frustrating.
Yes, I have this issue, but there's no music whatsoever during play in the game ( cut-scenes are fine), not exactly sure why, but occurred only with update 1.02. Restart didn't help.

Ok, got it. I never thought that with running with a 2 Hard Drive setup, that files would be on both drives...thank you for the help!
Ok, I'm a little confused on how to get mods to work. My game directory doesn't have a "mod" folder, am I supposed to create this? In addition I have some faction files I'd like to use, when I try to place them into the Factions folder, or directly in the Mod folder I created they don't work, I'm missing something here. I do have Mods enabled in the game, not sure why I'm having so many issues with this. <
