TA - Declaration of War - Bug? in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

Hi. First of all, I really love this game. :D However, I think there is a very curious thing going on in TA. Everything is ok until the first ai declares war on me. I want to add the I'm the defender and the ai is the aggressor. A few turns later a second ai will call and tell me that I attacked the first ai and they will help them and will declare war on me. no manufacturing capital in the german version? in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

I have played the english version of galciv2 but bought the german version. However I've installed the german version on my laptop now to compare the translation. But while I was playing my first "german game" I noticed something. The manufacturing capital is not available with xeno industrial theory in the german version. It's just missing and can't be built. I'm using version 1.10[b3].015 on both systems and haven't installed anything else (no mods). Can someone confi

True, but why are there no "human" females? I think the game wants to tell me: "If you are female, then you have to be 'really' alien."

Ok, granted, there may be more important topics around, but I just noticed that there are no female leaders in the game. Even if I want to create a custom race with a female leader I can only chosse from male (or genderless?) characters. So, is there a reason why no women are allowed to conquer the galaxy and I have to import female pictures on my own?
