It seems that the serial Id is registred with another e-mail than the one you have specified in SDC That's just it... when I first tried registering, I just entered the serial #s on that page (no other fields for other info)... and it returned errors. First time I entered an e-mail address

OK, I went to Tools->Register Products in Stardock Central, clicked Games, clicked Galactic Civilizations II, and it already had the serial number entered. I double-checked the number against the one on the back of my GalCiv2 CD case, making sure they matched, and hit Register. I am trying to register my copy of Galactic Civilizations II. I created a Stardock.net Account and installed the Stardock Central software, but every time I try to update Galactic Civilizations II, it says "No registration information was found for Galactic Civilizations II.
