Sorry if this is a dumb question, because I don't remember seeing this in other versions, but are the other civs supposed to be able to send more trade vessels than I have planets (and I have a lot)? I'm talking at least 50 vessels on a large map, and not that deep into the game. It's nice to get the extra credits from trade, but it REALLY slows the game down.

What I think is crazy is the lack of Monsantium. I have played dozens of games on Excessive and was lucky if I found one or two planets carrying Monsantium. Technopods...no problem. Monsantium, problem. I think I've built that bonus food machine...Kim's whatever it's called maybe twice in the last 3 months because I couldn't find Monsantium.

I've created copies of the faction def and planet def files so that I could change some of the startup numbers to be more in line with my style of play. In the past, these changes (starting planet size, starting credits, etc.) took effect as soon as I started the game. With the latest update, even with changes in both the base game folder and the Crusade folder, the changes do not take effect. The defaults are still in effect. Any thoughts? Yes, I renamed the ori

Now that I have upgraded to Crusade, I no longer see the "Projects" you used to be able to build to keep a planet busy and prevent the "Planet Idle" message from popping up and blocking the next turn. What do I do once a planet has been fully built out, or at least built out until I do more research? Thanks.

I didn't see it listed, so I'm guessing it hasn't been addressed yet...the issue where Guard is turned off every time a new ship joins a fleet. It's really tiresome. Also didn't see anything about the issue where some medium ship hulls don't appear as buildable until Large Hulls is researched.

Found what I believe is a typo in an info box. I don't know if the same text is used on info boxes for comparable ships across races, but while playing as the Thalan, Beam Support Ship M2 description had the phrase, "Shilled Systems". Since I have no clue what that is supposed to be, I'm assuming it should say, "Shield Systems".

Made a couple of notes for 6.1. First, all of the precursor starbase upgrades seem to have lost their icons. Second, if there are more than two other races in the UP, the vote for whichever race is at the farthest left does not always show (unless that means they aren't voting/are defying the UP. Then it's working). Third...not sure I like that calendar thing flashing up top after every turn. I just don't see the point. Finally...wtf is this lar

So, I keep crashing to desktop in the battle screen, and I finally figured out that it only happens if there are multiple events going on at the same time, such as a battle and a colonization (or star base upgrade), battle and an invasion or multiple battles/invasions at the same time. After the last one (challenged by multiple fleets), I decided to hit the Escape key while the battle was still running in the background (I could hear it but not see it). When I did that, I got a po
